I researched information in regard to rulings of the EPA--absurd and outrageous rulings, of the EPA. I want to raise the awareness of Fascist maneuvers and behavior of this immoral, un-Godly institution. Some of the stories read like something out of a history book about Nazi Germany.

" ... intended to reduce unnecessary idling of large trucks throughout the state. ... It takes effect Feb. 9, 2009. ... Idling rules already are in place in Allegheny County and the city of Philadelphia."
" ... bill – SB295 – that imposes idling limits statewide. Diesel-powered vehicles weighing more than 10,000 pounds will be limited to idling for no more than five minutes per hour. Violators would face fines between $150 and $300."

DES MOINES, Iowa — Nothing says summer in Iowa like a cloud of dust behind a combine.
But what might be a fact of life for farmers is a cause for concern to federal regulators, who are refusing to exempt growers from new environmental regulations.
It has left some farmers feeling bemused and more than a little frustrated.
“It’s such a non-common-sense idea that you can keep dust within a property line when the wind blows,” said Sen. Charles Grassley, a member of the Senate Agriculture Committee who still farms in northeast Iowa.
Under rules imposed in 2006, rural areas would be kept to the same standards as urban areas for what the Environmental Protection Agency calls “coarse particulate matter” in the air.
The American Farm Bureau Federation and the National Pork Producers Council had petitioned the government to provide an exemption to farmers.
They argued that evidence of harm caused by dust in rural areas hasn’t been determined.
But the U.S. District Court of Appeals in Washington ruled Feb. 24 that the EPA had already provided the evidence necessary to determine farm dust “likely is not safe.”

For the "crime" of cleaning up his own property without a federal permit, the EPA charged him with 41 violations of the Clean Water Act. According to the EPA, water retained in decaying tires and rusty ditches made Posgai's land a federally-protected "wetland." Posgai was sentenced to three years in a federal prison and fined $202,000. In 1956, Posgai had fled tyrannical bureaucrats in Hungary. Forty years later, tyrannical bureaucrats in the United States put him in prison.
Dozens Of Homes Allowed To Burn To Protect Rats
In Riverside, California, 76,000 acres – much of it privately owned and occupied, was declared a preserve for the kangaroo rat. Kangaroo rats are common throughout California, and for centuries have been regarded as destructive vermin. However, homeowners were repeatedly threatened with prison sentences and fines of up to $100,000 if they cleared overgrown brush from their own property.
On October 26, 1993, wildfires swept through the area. Fire quickly leapt from brush to homes. As homeowner Yshmael Garcia explains:
"My home was destroyed by a bunch of bureaucrats in suits and so-called environmentalists who say animals are more important than people."
In fact, the ban on clearing brush also killed the kangaroo rats, who burned along with the homes.
Businessman Fined $20 Million After Employee Spills Barrel Of Oil
In San Rafael, California, an employee of a construction company owned by businessman Fred Grange accidentally spilled a single barrel of oil on a vacant lot. As required by law, Mr. Grange reported the spill to the EPA and local environmental agencies.
Over a dozen government agencies – including the EPA, California Highway Patrol, and local police – conducted investigations. Grange admitted he got very angry when literally hundreds of government investigators swooped down upon him. So, according to Grange, the Green Gestapo decided to make an example out of him. Fines totaling over $20 million were imposed on his business, forcing it to close.
EPA Orders Destruction Of Home
Throughout much of America, construction of new homes has slowed to a crawl – driving up costs and pricing most young families out of the market. One major reason is the Green Gestapo.
Louise and Frederic Williams of Little Compton, Rhode Island, bought five acres for a new home. When their home was already partially constructed they received a letter from state environmental officials ordering them to tear it down. Although there was little water on the property, eco-bureaucrats had declared their property to be a wetland. The EPA also ordered them to plant trees and tend them for a full year at their own expense. The value of the Williams' property plummeted from $260,000 to less than $30,000.
How could a dry home site be classified as a wetland? Robert J. Pierce, who helped write the 1989 EPA wetlands standard, bluntly states,
"Ecologically speaking, the term "wet-land" has no meaning . . . . For regulatory purposes, a wetland is whatever we decide it is." [National Wetlands Newsletter, Nov/Dec 1991, pp. 12.]

The EPA is a soulless, unmerciful, un-Godly bureaucracy run by slime-ball cretins and idiots! The EPA should be shut down until it can be restructured. It should be stripped of its power and authority. The fact that the EPA has been allowed to terrorize citizens of this great nation is a testament to the omnipresent corruption of the United States government. As with all things of the government, it's authority should come from the people of America, not from the government.
Politicians who have forsaken righteousness to play the political games of lies and deception, who line their pockets with ill-gotten gains, from special interests, make me sick to my stomach. The numb chuck who wants to fill Sen. Ted Kennedy’s Senate seat is worth $400,000,000! Wow! Another down-to-earth guy who can relate to the trials and tribulations of the common man. In his compassion for the poor and the common man, I know he’ll be on bended knee, praying to God for the welfare of us all. I know our best interest is in his heart and mind. I know it! I know it! I know it! Yeah, right! His first order of business will probably be choosing which intern to hit on. I guess you heard of the Senator on an open mike, (not knowing it was on), during a meeting, last week, bragging about his two girlfriends.
Our sacred Capitol building is a playground for many Congressmen who have all the compassion of a lion chasing a zebra, for his next meal. “Taking pleasure in wickedness,“ as the bible says. The perfect analogy is the frat house in the hilarious movie “Animal House”. The men and women of our sacred Congressional institution behave like members of that “Animal House” fraternity. The arrogance of these chuckle-heads is most appalling of all. Do you understand now, after politician response to tea baggers and town hall-ers, that they view you and me with disdain, resentment, condescension, and arrogance. As long as we keep our mouths shut and listen to them, we’re okay with them. As soon as we voice our aggressive dissent, we are demonized. Voicing our dissent aggressively is necessary when politicians fail to listen to our polite criticisms.
As much as we want to imagine that Hollywood celebrities and well-heeled politicians are “one of us” and many of us worship them, the fact is they live in million-dollar mansions, vacation on million-dollar yachts, and look down on the low class and middle class of America. There are, of course, exceptions.
When I worked for Opyland Group Sales, in Nashville, Tennessee, from 1993 until 1996,
a new guy was hired. He soon began to resent another worker, a female, because she had an extreme southern drawl. It was that simple. He didn’t dislike her because of her personality, because she was very sweet and unassuming. He disliked her because of what she and her backwoods southern drawl represented---ignorance! He didn’t look past her drawl to see the kind, gentle heart she possessed. He didn’t think of her as a loving human being with a mother, father, brother, ands sisters. To him, she was just an ignorant-sounding hick.
Many rich people--politicians, celebrities, and even small town neighbors can be like that: they develop an air of superiority and haughtiness, borne of fawning individuals who worship them for no other reason than the fact that they are rich. People like Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and Barack Obama personify arrogance. The bible addresses arrogance:
"He that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted." -Luke 14
The government of America is as crooked as a dog's hind leg. We, the people of the United States, are taking our country back.
Senators, Congressmen, policemen, judges, attorneys, employees of the DMV, Social Security employees, and everyone else who works for the government, we, the taxpayers of America, pay you--not the damn, cold-blooded, corrupted government. Those of you who do not understand that simple reality will soon be in the employment line looking for a job.
