It was my fault. I switched to "bill pay," on line, with First Citizens bank. It was my fault. I mistakenly made an overdraft, resulting in $459.00 in overdraft fees, in one month! It is my mom and dad's bank account.
Dad, 86, a retired minister, died on July 10th this year. Mama has been sickly for years. Most recently, she had a hemorrhagic stroke. She uses a walker; and I push her in her wheelchair when we leave the house.
My mother raised two boys and two girls while my dad went from town to town preaching, as an evangelist, at any church that invited him. She started
having seizures on Saturday, September 11, 2004. I was there when she had
her first one. After finding her lying face down, immobile, between her bed
and the bedroom wall (she'd been there four or five hours) I made the
decision to watch over my mom and dad for the rest of their lives (I
promised my mom, in the '80s, that she'd never go into a nursing home if I
could help it). As attested by her family doctor, my mom needs
around-the-clock care.
Mom lives on dad's social security: $638.00. After subtracting overdraft
fees for September 2008, she had $179 left to pay bills.
Just as a sidebar, after my brother called me around 10:30 pm one night, in September, to tell me there was a Hurricane Ike gas-hike scare in town I drove to the Hasty
Mart (where gas was usually available 24-hrs. a day, with a credit card) in
La Grange. I started pumping gas at 11pm or a minute or two past 11, when
the station attendant, after shutting the pumps down, ran out saying that
the station was not allowing 24-hr. service that night. I had already pumped
$.09 worth of gas. My mom's account was billed $35 for that 9-cent purchase!
I talked to Liz Dixon at First Citizens in Pink Hill, where my parents
opened their checking account in 1983. Liz is a nice person and had helped
me in August when a "Free Credit Report" web site billed us for a Credit
Diagnosis account and a Credit Protection Account that I was unaware I had
signed up for. It turned out that the credit report cost was $.99; and
that's how they were able to withdraw money from my mom's account without my
knowledge. It was a scam. Liz removed the overdraft fees after I complained
to the web site and told them to cancel the accounts.
I pleaded with Liz to remove the overdraft fees. She said she could not. I
asked to speak with manager, Steve Oliver, he said he would cancel $175 in
overdraft fees. I sent "Thank You" notes to Mrs. Dixon and Mr. Oliver. I
pleaded further, however because our situation was, and is dire. Our utility
bill alone was $312. Mr. Oliver's attitude from the beginning, I felt, was
one of indifference to my mom's plight. I felt that he felt that I was just
an annoyance. So, I asked who else I could talk to about the matter. He said
I could call Bill Whaley at the main office in Kinston, on Queen St.
Like Mr. Oliver, Bill Whaley, too, had all the compassion of the Berlin
Wall. He assured me that nothing else could be done to help us out.
Banks function according the principle that 'you can make the most money
from the people who can afford it the least' (meaning the average

Dixon, Oliver, and Whaley all said they didn't know the bank cost of
processing overdrafts. Well, they are lying or they're ignorant of and
uninformed about, the largest source of bank revenue: overdraft fees. I don't
believe they are bad people, however; in their tacit approval of wrong, they
are complicit in wrongdoing.
Now that you know the truth, you also know that the motto of First Citizens
Bank--"We value relationships" --is only empty rhetoric and hypocrisy. The
only thing First Citizens Bank and all the other banking institutions care
about is the relationship they have with your overdraft fees.

ACT OF GOD
There are only two possible explanations for what happened in 1876. It was either the most phenomenal coincidence that ever occurred, or it was, literally, an Act of God. The events of that day are supported by numerous sworn statements and legal documents.
Swan Quarter, North Carolina is a lowland community. When heavy rains come, the residents closer to sea level fair better than those further away.
In the 1870s, the Methodists of Swan Quarter had no church. The only land available to them, on which to build a church, was a piece of low-lying property on Oyster Creek Road. It was not by desire, but by necessity, that the Methodists acquired the land and construction began.
The church was to be a small, but sturdy, white clapboard-framed building propped up on brick pilings. In 1876, the building was completed. On Sunday, September 16, a dedication ceremony was held. Three days later, on Wednesday, a terrible storm ravaged Swan Quarter. All day long the wind howled as torrential rains poured down upon the quiet community. The townspeople could only wait out the storm helplessly as it continued its ruinous damage. By nightfall, devastated by the force of nature, the town began to flood as many roofs were ripped from homes by cyclonic turbulence. The storm raged through the darkness of night into the bleak light of day.
By Thursday afternoon, the wind subsided as the rain diminished, leaving behind, in its wake, an eerie calm. One by one, weary citizens threw open their shutters and doors and emerged from what was left of there homes.
Most of the people walked into the flooded streets or peered from there windows to witness a desolate waterscape, a community savagely rocked by nature. But those within, in sight of Oyster Creek Road, looked upon a more astonishing sight: the church --- the newly constructed Swan Quarter Methodist Church --- the whole building, intact, was floating down the street! The flood waters had gently lifted the entire structure from the brick pilings, on which it had rested, and had launched it slowly, silently, down Oyster Creek Road.
Within minutes, stunned, concerned townsfolk were wading in and sloshing about in waist-high water, in the street, fighting the rushing current, trying desperately to reach the journey-bound church so that they could moor it with lengths of rope.
The ropes were fastened to various structures, but to no avail: none were sturdy enough to withstand the weight of the church being swept away in the flood waters. The traveling chapel attracted other onlookers who immediately joined the struggle to secure the building. The church moved on.
By now, the church had floated to the center of town, still on Oyster Creek Road. And then, as if this phenomenon had not already been an amazing sight to behold, the church, as helpless townsfolk watched, spellbound, made an inexplicable right turn and continued down that road. It was as though the chapel were alive --- as though it had a mind of its own.
For two more blocks, the townspeople fought, with the ropes, to gain control of the church, unsuccessfully. And then, in the same decisive manner in which it had moved, all along, the church veered off the road, heading for the center of a vacant lot ... and there ... stopped.
While the flood water receded, the church remained --- and is there to this day --- almost a hundred and thirty years later.

At a press conference in Turkey, on April 7, 2009, President Obama stated, emphatically, that the United States of America is a Judeo-Christian nation. “One of the great strengths of the United States," the President said, "is ... we have a very large Christian population -- we do not consider ourselves a Christian nation or a Jewish nation or a Muslim nation. We consider ourselves a nation of citizens who are bound by ideals and a set of values.”
Roman Emperors Constantine and Theodosius, through personal experiences, turned to Christianity. Consequently, both sought to purge the Roman Empire of godlessness through the principles of Christianity. Their rule marked a new chapter in the history of church and state
Seeking refuge from governmental tyranny, our ancestors fled Europe and sought freedom in America. Our forefathers understood the value of religion as a stabilizing force of goodness in society. Like Roman Emperors Constantine and Theodosius before us, they based the laws of government upon biblical teachings.
Since the 1960s, the Supreme Court of the United States has steadfastly become more liberal, ideologically and philosophically, most notably, with the landmark decision, in 1963, to remove prayer from public schools throughout America. The religious foundation, upon which our laws of governance were created, is being systematically dismantled. Now it is God who is being purged from our government.
Atheist Madelyn Murray O’Hare began a lawsuit, Murray v. Curlett, which led to a landmark Supreme Court ruling, in June of 1963, ending the practice of daily prayer in American public schools. O'Hare later founded American Atheists and became so controversial that, in 1964, Life magazine referred to her as "the most hated woman in America." She was murdered in 1995, along with her son and granddaughter, for reasons unrelated to her public image and activism.
The Supreme Court edict, far-reaching, in scope, formally declared God a non-person---a non-entity---tantamount to the crazy old aunt kept hidden in the cellar. From that day, hence, not only has prayer been outlawed, God's very name has been declared anathema to the United States Constitution, and forbidden to be mentioned in any federal, state, county, city or municipal context.
The Supreme Court decision, in June 1963, started an avalanche of decrees that would further limit religious freedom in the U.S. Not just prayer is forbidden in public forum. Display of the cross is forbidden. The Ten Commandments are forbidden. The Bible is forbidden. Nativity plays are forbidden. Christmas concerts are forbidden. Even the mere mention of the names "God" or "Jesus" in schools are forbidden. More than that, anything even suggestive of those names is forbidden in public forums. The religious Zeitgist of America, before the Supreme Court decision, of June 1963, was captured in the following:

It was that perceived union which inspired the public's reverence for its political system in the first place. How has America changed since prayer was outlawed in our nation’s schools, in 1963?
A. Youth
1. For 15 years before 1963, pregnancies in girls ages 15 through 19 years had been no more than 15 per thousand. After 1963, pregnancies increased 187% in the next 15 years.
2. For younger girls, ages 10 to 14 years, pregnancies since 1963 are up 553%.
3. Before 1963 sexually transmitted diseases among students were 400 per 100,000. Since 1963, they were up 226% in the next 12 years.
B. Family
1. Before 1963 divorce rates had been declining for 15 years. After 1963 divorces increased 300% each year for the next 15 years.
2. Since 1963 unmarried people living together is up 353%
3. Since 1963 single parent families are up 140%.
4. Since 1963 single parent families with children are up 160%.
C. Education
1. The educational standard of measure has been the SAT scores. SAT scores had been steady for many years before 1963. From 1963 they rapidly declined for 18 consecutive years, even though the same test has been used since 1941.
2. In 1974-75 the rate of decline of the SAT scores decreased, even though they continued to decline. That was when there was an explosion of private religious schools. There were only 1000 Christian schools in 1965. Between 1974 to 1984 they increased to 32,000.
a. That could have an impact if the private schools had higher SAT scores. In checking with the SAT Board it was found that indeed the SAT scores for private schools were nearly 100 points higher than public schools.
b. In fact the scores were at the point where the public schools had been before their decline started in 1963 when prayer and Bible reading/ instruction was removed from the schools.
c. The scores in the public schools were still declining.
3. Of the nation's top academic scholars, three times as many come from private religious schools, which operate on one-third the funds as do the public schools.
D. The Nation
1. Since 1963 violent crime has increased 544%.
3. Illegal drugs have become an enormous & uncontrollable problem.
2. The nation has been deprived of an estimated 30 million citizens through legal abortions just since 1973.
The chance of being murdered in Washington, DC in 1990 was 3 times greater than the chance of an American soldier being killed in the Gulf War.
About as many Americans were killed (over 54,000) in New York City between 1962 and 2002 as died in the Vietnam War
From the gangland era of the 1930s to 1963 there was a gradual decline in both murders & executions in the United States. In 1963 the U.S. Supreme Court imposed rules on confessions & searches that accompanied a popular sentiment increasingly opposed to capital punishment -- and in 1972 struck down capital punishment laws as being "arbitrary and capricious".
In the early 1960s the vast majority of murder victims were acquainted with the murderer, but by the year 2000 nearly half of murder victims were strangers.
When the World War II Memorial was erected recently in Washington D.C., a quotation by Franklin Delano Roosevelt --- "so help me God" --- was removed from the plaque.

Mans’ ideals and values change like the wind. The values created by God Almighty are in perpetuity. They never change. They have served us well for over two-thousand years.
Who is Obama to try to diminish my God? Hitler tried to diminish my God and committed suicide. Mussolini tried to diminish my God; and he was killed by his own countrymen and hung by his heels in a square in Italy. Atheists and tyrants come and go. God goes on.
I don’t believe Obama is evil like Hitler of Mussolina, but I do believe that operating and living by principles, other than principles set forth in the Bible, is an invitation to tragedy and disaster. Obama is in the position, as the most powerful man in the world, to bring tragedy and disaster down upon the head of every man, woman, and child in the United States.

A BRUSH WITH NUCLEAR DISASTER
According to Daniel Ellsberg, the weapon could have accidentally fired because "five of the six safety devices had failed." Nuclear physicist Ralph E. Lapp supported this assertion, saying that "only a single switch" had "prevented the bomb from detonating and spreading fire and destruction over a wide area."

Five of six safety switches failed on one of the twenty-four megaton nuclear bombs; consequently, one switch was all that prevented a nuclear blast that would have devastated much of North Carolina. Subsequently, Pentagon documents revealed that a portion of the other bomb in the accident “containing uranium” was never recovered from the North Carolina farmland, despite excavation in the waterlogged farmland, to a depth of 50 feet. Quicksand-like conditions made deep excavation impossible. The Air Force subsequently purchased an easement requiring permission for anyone to dig there. There is no detectable radiation and “no hazard” in the area.
North Carolina was spared a devastation of such enormous proportions that, had it occurred, the world would still be mourning the loss of life from the catastrophe.

" ... bill – SB295 – that imposes idling limits statewide. Diesel-powered vehicles weighing more than 10,000 pounds will be limited to idling for no more than five minutes per hour. Violators would face fines between $150 and $300."

DES MOINES, Iowa — Nothing says summer in Iowa like a cloud of dust behind a combine.
But what might be a fact of life for farmers is a cause for concern to federal regulators, who are refusing to exempt growers from new environmental regulations.
It has left some farmers feeling bemused and more than a little frustrated.
“It’s such a non-common-sense idea that you can keep dust within a property line when the wind blows,” said Sen. Charles Grassley, a member of the Senate Agriculture Committee who still farms in northeast Iowa.
Under rules imposed in 2006, rural areas would be kept to the same standards as urban areas for what the Environmental Protection Agency calls “coarse particulate matter” in the air.
The American Farm Bureau Federation and the National Pork Producers Council had petitioned the government to provide an exemption to farmers.
They argued that evidence of harm caused by dust in rural areas hasn’t been determined.
But the U.S. District Court of Appeals in Washington ruled Feb. 24 that the EPA had already provided the evidence necessary to determine farm dust “likely is not safe.”

For the "crime" of cleaning up his own property without a federal permit, the EPA charged him with 41 violations of the Clean Water Act. According to the EPA, water retained in decaying tires and rusty ditches made Posgai's land a federally-protected "wetland." Posgai was sentenced to three years in a federal prison and fined $202,000. In 1956, Posgai had fled tyrannical bureaucrats in Hungary. Forty years later, tyrannical bureaucrats in the United States put him in prison.
Dozens Of Homes Allowed To Burn To Protect Rats
In Riverside, California, 76,000 acres – much of it privately owned and occupied, was declared a preserve for the kangaroo rat. Kangaroo rats are common throughout California, and for centuries have been regarded as destructive vermin. However, homeowners were repeatedly threatened with prison sentences and fines of up to $100,000 if they cleared overgrown brush from their own property.
On October 26, 1993, wildfires swept through the area. Fire quickly leapt from brush to homes. As homeowner Yshmael Garcia explains:
"My home was destroyed by a bunch of bureaucrats in suits and so-called environmentalists who say animals are more important than people."
In fact, the ban on clearing brush also killed the kangaroo rats, who burned along with the homes.
Businessman Fined $20 Million After Employee Spills Barrel Of Oil
In San Rafael, California, an employee of a construction company owned by businessman Fred Grange accidentally spilled a single barrel of oil on a vacant lot. As required by law, Mr. Grange reported the spill to the EPA and local environmental agencies.
Over a dozen government agencies – including the EPA, California Highway Patrol, and local police – conducted investigations. Grange admitted he got very angry when literally hundreds of government investigators swooped down upon him. So, according to Grange, the Green Gestapo decided to make an example out of him. Fines totaling over $20 million were imposed on his business, forcing it to close.

Throughout much of America, construction of new homes has slowed to a crawl – driving up costs and pricing most young families out of the market. One major reason is the Green Gestapo.
Louise and Frederic Williams of Little Compton, Rhode Island, bought five acres for a new home. When their home was already partially constructed they received a letter from state environmental officials ordering them to tear it down. Although there was little water on the property, eco-bureaucrats had declared their property to be a wetland. The EPA also ordered them to plant trees and tend them for a full year at their own expense. The value of the Williams' property plummeted from $260,000 to less than $30,000.
How could a dry home site be classified as a wetland? Robert J. Pierce, who helped write the 1989 EPA wetlands standard, bluntly states,
"Ecologically speaking, the term "wet-land" has no meaning . . . . For regulatory purposes, a wetland is whatever we decide it is." [National Wetlands Newsletter, Nov/Dec 1991, pp. 12.]

I guess you heard of the Senator on an open mike, (not knowing it was on), during a meeting, last week, bragging about his two girlfriends.
Our sacred Capitol building is a playground for many Congressmen who have all the compassion of a lion chasing a zebra, for his next meal. “Taking pleasure in wickedness,“ as the bible says. The perfect analogy is the frat house in the hilarious movie “Animal House”. The men and women of our sacred Congressional institution behave like members of that “Animal House” fraternity. The arrogance of these chuckle-heads is most appalling of all. Do you understand now, after politician response to tea baggers and town hall-ers, that they view you and me with disdain, resentment, condescension, and arrogance. As long as we keep our mouths shut and listen to them, we’re okay with them. As soon as we voice our aggressive dissent, we are demonized. Voicing our dissent aggressively is necessary when politicians fail to listen to our polite criticisms.
As much as we want to imagine that Hollywood celebrities and well-heeled politicians are “one of us” and many of us worship them, the fact is they live in million-dollar mansions, vacation on million-dollar yachts, and look down on the low class and middle class of America. There are, of course, exceptions.
When I worked for Opyland Group Sales, in Nashville, Tennessee, from 1993 until 1996,
a new guy was hired. He soon began to resent another worker, a female, because she had an extreme southern drawl. It was that simple. He didn’t dislike her because of her personality, because she was very sweet and unassuming. He disliked her because of what she and her backwoods southern drawl represented---ignorance! He didn’t look past her drawl to see the kind, gentle heart she possessed. He didn’t think of her as a loving human being with a mother, father, brother, ands sisters. To him, she was just an ignorant-sounding hick.
Many rich people--politicians, celebrities, and even small town neighbors can be like that: they develop an air of superiority and haughtiness, borne of fawning individuals who worship them for no other reason than the fact that they are rich. People like Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and Barack Obama personify arrogance. The bible addresses arrogance:
"He that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted." -Luke 14
The government of America is as crooked as a dog's hind leg. We, the people of the United States, are taking our country back.
Senators, Congressmen, policemen, judges, attorneys, employees of the DMV, Social Security employees, and everyone else who works for the government, we, the taxpayers of America, pay you--not the damn, cold-blooded, corrupted government. DINOSAURS LIVED 65 MILLION-YEARS AGO…OR, DID THEY?

In recent decades, soft, squishy tissues have been discovered inside fossilized dinosaur bones. They seem so fresh that it appears as though the bodies were buried only a few thousand years ago.
Mary Schweitzer, a biology graduate student at Montana State University’s Museum of the Rockies, was examining a thin section of Tyrranosaurus rex bone…when she noticed a series of peculiar structures, threaded through the bone-like red blood cells in blood vessels.
Paleontologists, in 2005, hailed the research that apparently showed that soft, pliable tissues [soft tissue] had been recovered from dissolved dinosaur bones.
What in the cock-a-doodle-do has that got to do with anything, you may ask? Well, I wondered the same thing. The answer is as follows: red blood cells in a dinosaur bone should have disappeared eons ago. What, you may further inquire--unless you’re sitting in your recliner, in your underwear, finishing off your second six-pack of beer, watching a football game, and have no interest in anything of a biological nature--is so confounded important about that, that you interrupt me sitting in my recliner, in my underwear, finishing off my second six-pack of beer, watching a football game, when I have no interest in anything of a biological nature?
Simply stated, the answer is: The existence of 65 million-year-old DNA is biochemically inconceivable. Connective tissue decomposes and deconstructs over time, such that DNA should not survive at all, even if the creature was in existence only 50,000 years ago. Creationists, thrilled by recent soft tissue discoveries, as late as 2009, in dinosaur bone, claim these findings represent "proof" that the earth is indeed younger than evolutionists claim; and dinosaurs existed just a few thousand years ago. If the soft tissue is real and not bacterial biofilm--slime-- as some scientists claim, the findings turn the old-earth, evolutionary theory on its ear. This may be why ongoing dinosaur soft tissue discoveries are generally not broadcast through popular media channels.
Since many people think of a fossil as having had the original bone material replaced by minerals, the presence of actual bone--let alone pliable blood vessels, red blood cells, and proteins inside the bone--is quite extraordinary. These discoveries also present a dilemma. Given the fact that organic materials like blood vessels and blood cells rot, and the rates at which certain proteins decay, how could these soft tissues have been preserved for ten thousand, let alone 65 million, or more, years?
These soft tissues have met with hard resistance from mainstream science, and some scientists have even discounted or ignored them. But recent studies continue to uncover fresh tissue, making the issue difficult to dismiss. That leaves us with two possibilities: (1) Either the vast evolutionary ages assigned to these skeletal discoveries are dramatically erroneous, or (2) "we really don't understand decay" rates of soft tissue and proteins.
Paleontologists who have analyzed the tissues, visible through their microscopes and squeezable with their tweezers, insist that there is something fundamentally wrong with laboratory data on biochemical decay rates. In turn, biochemists are confident that their repeated experiments show that soft tissues should not be present in dinosaur bone after 65,000,000 years have come to pass.
In a failed attempt to skirt the hard facts of soft tissues, some scientists have even proposed that the blood vessels and red blood cells in question were bacterial slime. This was thoroughly refuted, however, by research showing that the dinosaur tissue contains a collagen protein that bacteria do not produce. Nevertheless, the debate between the science of biochemistry and the science of “old earth” and evolution continues.

The government, too, would be forced to recognize creationism as a viable entity and reinstate prayer, not only in our schools, but everywhere, if for no other reason than to make amends for its years of promoting a false theory and for being so arrogantly critical of creationists.
For most scientists, to have their old-earth, evolutionary theories debunked, would be disastrous. Why? Because science, for most scientists, is a religion. So zealous and protective are they to preserve that religion, they actively suppress discoveries, such as the ones concerning soft tissue in dinosaur bones. Media are complicit in the cover-up as well.
Biblical data provide the time frame for the death of these dinosaurs in Flood deposits a few thousand years ago, but also a mode of deposition, in agreement with observable data, that their demise occurred when they "fell into a watery grave."

In recent decades, soft, squishy tissues have been discovered inside fossilized dinosaur bones. They seem so fresh that it appears as though the bodies were buried only a few thousand years ago.
Mary Schweitzer, a biology graduate student at Montana State University’s Museum of the Rockies, was examining a thin section of Tyrranosaurus rex bone…when she noticed a series of peculiar structures, threaded through the bone-like red blood cells in blood vessels.
Paleontologists, in 2005, hailed the research that apparently showed that soft, pliable tissues [soft tissue] had been recovered from dissolved dinosaur bones.
What in the cock-a-doodle-do has that got to do with anything, you may ask? Well, I wondered the same thing. The answer is as follows: red blood cells in a dinosaur bone should have disappeared eons ago. What, you may further inquire--unless you’re sitting in your recliner, in your underwear, finishing off your second six-pack of beer, watching a football game, and have no interest in anything of a biological nature--is so confounded important about that, that you interrupt me sitting in my recliner, in my underwear, finishing off my second six-pack of beer, watching a football game, when I have no interest in anything of a biological nature?
Simply stated, the answer is: The existence of 65 million-year-old DNA is biochemically inconceivable. Connective tissue decomposes and deconstructs over time, such that DNA should not survive at all, even if the creature was in existence only 50,000 years ago. Creationists, thrilled by recent soft tissue discoveries, as late as 2009, in dinosaur bone, claim these findings represent "proof" that the earth is indeed younger than evolutionists claim; and dinosaurs existed just a few thousand years ago. If the soft tissue is real and not bacterial biofilm--slime-- as some scientists claim, the findings turn the old-earth, evolutionary theory on its ear. This may be why ongoing dinosaur soft tissue discoveries are generally not broadcast through popular media channels.
Since many people think of a fossil as having had the original bone material replaced by minerals, the presence of actual bone--let alone pliable blood vessels, red blood cells, and proteins inside the bone--is quite extraordinary. These discoveries also present a dilemma. Given the fact that organic materials like blood vessels and blood cells rot, and the rates at which certain proteins decay, how could these soft tissues have been preserved for ten thousand, let alone 65 million, or more, years?
These soft tissues have met with hard resistance from mainstream science, and some scientists have even discounted or ignored them. But recent studies continue to uncover fresh tissue, making the issue difficult to dismiss. That leaves us with two possibilities: (1) Either the vast evolutionary ages assigned to these skeletal discoveries are dramatically erroneous, or (2) "we really don't understand decay" rates of soft tissue and proteins.
Paleontologists who have analyzed the tissues, visible through their microscopes and squeezable with their tweezers, insist that there is something fundamentally wrong with laboratory data on biochemical decay rates. In turn, biochemists are confident that their repeated experiments show that soft tissues should not be present in dinosaur bone after 65,000,000 years have come to pass.
In a failed attempt to skirt the hard facts of soft tissues, some scientists have even proposed that the blood vessels and red blood cells in question were bacterial slime. This was thoroughly refuted, however, by research showing that the dinosaur tissue contains a collagen protein that bacteria do not produce. Nevertheless, the debate between the science of biochemistry and the science of “old earth” and evolution continues.
